Yes, we can. Our development team has created a file converter for our clients accounting software. Therefore, you will just need to go through one extra step.
With our basic template, you have 300 characters on the check stub and 25 characters on the actual check. Any addition content will cause for additional fees.
All of our mail goes through the US Postal Service. Normally it takes around 3-5 business days. We do offer many other mailing options with faster delivery times.
it probably has something to do with the mapping of the fields in your file upload, or a missing field in one of your payees addresses. If you pull out that error or correct it after uploading, your file will be ready to go, the whole file will not be rejected.
Unfortunately, there is no way we can give that to you unless it is a league problem.
Yes, with the reposting feature in the CheckIssuing System.
Yes, you can but you must hold a US Bank account with that currency in it. We are not able to convert currencies from you.
Yes, we have many clients that send checks internationally with our services.
Pending Release – Payments have been uploaded to the CheckIssuing System and are waiting to be released by the Printing Team.
Released – The Printing Team has released the payments for processing.
Processing – The payments are in the process of being printed and stuffed into the proper envelopes for delivery.
Sent Out – The payments have been printed and the US Postal Service has picked them up from our Headquarters in Colorado for delivery.
Returned – After being sent successfully, there were errors with the payment and it could not be delivered. (Most likely returned for a bad address)
Canceled – The client has requested for the payment to be cancelled.
Posted Cashed – The payments have been successfully received by the beneficiary and they have cashed the payment. (Only available with a CSV file upload from client’s bank)
Our system only delivers statuses up to “Sent Out”. If you would like full real-time statuses, you will need to get a report from your bank and upload it to the CheckIssuing System.
Yes, we do offer this service. There is a one-time $75.00 processing fee and then it is $1.00 per recipient + postage.
Micro Deposits are an easy way to validate a customer bank account. It is a method used in various services to ensure that the individual owns the bank account that they are adding to the system.
Yes, you can add each of your clients as sub-accounts in the CheckIssuing system. They will then be able to add payments whenever they need.
Yes, because they have a similar MICR line as US Banks. We will need a VOIL check and a letter from your bank to verify the account before the printing process.

CheckIssuing is SOCII-SSAE 16 Type II Audit certified. The report can be provided upon request.
We have also gone through the CIPSEA training as well as HIPPA Complaint.

Yes, you can. You will still need to go through our application process and pay the one-time setup fee of $200. There are no processing fees or monthly minimums, so your account can stay open for if you need to use our services again.
A colored logo can be added to return address on the envelope of your check payments, and a black and white logo can be added to the return address on the check itself.
CheckIssuing has a complementary same day printing and mailing service if your files are uploaded before 9:00am MST. Fees will apply for past deadline uploads for same day printing up until our hard cut off time of 11:00am MST.

Not a problem! You can use the permission settings to limit some of your users to only see the reports.
There is no limit but for security purposes, we recommend not having to many. The primary user has access to all the permission settings per new user.
Yes, once you are integrated into the CheckIssuing system there is a Reports Tab that allows you to run all the reports needed.
Unfortunate our set up fee cannot be waived. This fee gives you full access to our development team during your set up process and includes technical support for the life of your relationship with us. We do a lot of work on the back end to ensure your checks are ready.
Yes, we offer a printing and mailing service for documents without check payments. They can be sent as individual pieces of mail, or bundled together.
Yes, CheckIssuing has a great black and white or colored Insert Feature.
Yes, 90 days is our default, because it is what is recommended. You should know this is not a solid way to ensure that the checks will NOT be chased. You can stop payment with you bank though.
Positive pay is a cash-management service employed to deter check fraud. Banks use it to match the checks a company issues with those it presents for payment. Any check considered to be potentially fraudulent is sent back to the issuer for examination. It normally takes about 30 days to fully set up your positive pay program with your bank.
