4. User Responsibilities

• End Users must maintain an active QuickBooks Online account in good standing.
• End Users are responsible for ensuring data accuracy within QuickBooks Online and the Application.
• Unauthorized sharing of access credentials is prohibited.
• End Users agree not to misuse the Application to manipulate, alter, or falsify accounting data.

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

• The Application is not a replacement for professional accounting or tax advice.
• The Application’s functionality is dependent on QBO’s availability and performance.
• The provider of the Application is not responsible for data loss or errors caused by QBO system outages, changes, or user input.

6. Privacy

• Personal and financial data obtained from QBO will be handled in accordance with the Application’s Privacy Policy.
• No data will be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with user consent.

7. Termination of Access

• End Users may revoke the Application’s access to QBO at any time via their Intuit account settings.
• Upon revocation, the Application will immediately stop accessing QBO data.

8. Updates to this Policy
