- End Users agree not to misuse the Application to manipulate, alter, or falsify accounting data.
5. Limitations and Disclaimers
- The Application is not a replacement for professional accounting or tax advice.
- The Application’s functionality is dependent on QBO’s availability and performance.
- The provider of the Application is not responsible for data loss or errors caused by QBO system outages, changes, or user input.
6. Privacy
- Personal and financial data obtained from QBO will be handled in accordance with the Application’s Privacy Policy.
- No data will be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with user consent.
7. Termination of Access
- End Users may revoke the Application’s access to QBO at any time via their Intuit account settings.
